Lukashenka: Such people should be treated like diversionists!

Nothing is posing a threat to the Russian language in our country, the Belarusian President said. He was surprised at some people saying that pressure was exercised on the Russian language in Belarus.

He did not mention the name of Vitsebsk pro-Russia movement activist Herashchanka. But he compared him to instigators. Lukashenka was surprised that ‘he had not been ousted from Belarus so far’. “Such people should be treated like diversionists!” he said.

Lukashenka also expressed support for the Belarusian language and claimed that the state was too cautious in supporting it.
