Lukashenka sends condolences over Solzhenitsyn death
Belarus president Alexander Lukashenka has expressed condolences to relatives and friends of Alexander Solzhenitsyn who died yesterday at the age of 89, reports the Russian news agency Itar-Tass. "Alexander Isayevich entered the history as an outstanding Russian writer, publicist and thinker", Lukashenka noted. "His works stand out for his bravery, historical truth and a deep analysis of social and moral problems. They teach how to appreciate freedom and the truth".
