Lukashenka: CIS should exist even if it is not what we wanted (video)
Lukashenka has met CIS executive secretary Sergey Lebedev this Monday.
The CIS is going through ‘difficult times’, Alyaksandr Lukashenka noted. However, he is sure that the problems will be solved.
Lukashenka: “It is no good destroying the Commonwealth even if it is not what we wanted it to be. That is why we have decided that the CIS should be preserved.”
As Ukraine cannot preside in the CIS, Belarus will take on the responsibility, the Belarusian President reminded.
