Lugansk militants to arrest girls in cafes (video)
Commander of the battalion Privid Aleksey Mozgovoy has made a speech at a meeting with inhabitants of the city.
"If I see a girl in a cafe or restaurant tomorrow, she will be arrested. Watch your children yourself!” Mozgovoy announced. The present applauded.
A woman must be a mother in the first place, the commander of Privid said. “What kind of mothers do they become after restaurants?” he asked citizens. Lugansk girls were told to stay at home and ‘embroider’.
Part of Lugansk Oblast and the regional centre have been under pro-Russia militants’ control since spring.
