Inhabitants of blocks of flats equipped with electric cookers have no other choice.
Head of the civil organization Civil Initiative Pravoye Delo Dmitri Snegiryov presented the information, UNIAN reports. Local inhabitants and members of his organization witnessed the events, he claimed.
Inhabitants of Lugansk blocks of flats also have to use water from underground pipes, Snegiryov said. There is no mobile communication in the city either, he added.
