Listeners get presents from European radio for Belarus
(The first girl comes in.)
ERB: You must have come to get presents?
Girl: How do you happen to know?
ERB: Congratulations, good luck, participate in our quizzes again and visit our web site.
Girl: Thank you very much.
(Guys come in.)
ERB: Chose your presents! Is it that difficult to choose the ones you like?
Syarhey, engineer: Yes, that’s hard! Better get what you are given and that’s it.
ERB: But we give you the right to chose. We are so democratic that you can even choose your presents.
Syarhey: Nice!!!
Of course we used the opportunity to ask the winners their opinion about ERB. We heard many thanks and wishes instead of critics.
Lyudmіla Strucheuskaya: Like they say in Poland, “we wish prosperity” to the radio. It is nice to find out that there is something, that something has appeared. I wish you success and wonderful listeners.
Mіkіta Charkou, a BSUIR student: I like the fact that there is a radio working for us, providing us with important and impartial information. That’s very nice I’d like to wish you to continue your development.
The quiz turned out to be very useful for listeners, and not only because of presents. For example, Mіkola Zaikіn got to know a lot of new things while looking for answers to our questions:
— How many countries there are in the European Union or what the EU anthem is. At last I know it.
Mikola also joked about presents:
— You shouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth …
He laughed and then added seriously:
— I am very pleased to have received a prize from the European Radio for Belarus because there we lack free information projects in this country, so it is really nice to receive a present form such an organization.
We would like to thank our listeners for taking part in our quiz. Congratulations to the winners, please come to get your presents: they are not gone and are waiting for you! You can contact us by e-mail. And listen to the European Radio – there will be more interesting quizzes!
Congratulations by Mіla Kotka and Vіtal Malkevіch
