Investigator: Director of Ecomedservice was negligent
Head of Minsk administration of the Investigation Committee Alyaksei Volkau has reported it.
Volkau: “The investigators have found out that the director-general of Ecomedsivrvise neglected her duties and failed to provide the necessary maintenance of the medical equipment despite her wide experience which led to the tragedy.”
23-year-old inhabitant of Hrodna Yuliya Kubarava died after rhinoplasty in the commercial centre Ecomedservice.
The police detained six members of the staff including the chief engineer.
