Іhar Rynkevіch: They are trying to steal several hours of freedom from Kazulin
The head of the colony “Vitsba-3” Vital Ahnistsikau insists that a political prisoner Alyaksandr Kazulin should return to the penal institution at 8 p.m. today.
Let us remind you that Kazulin was allowed to attend the funeral of his wife and was released for three days. The decision was taken by Ahnistsikau at 8 p.m. on February 25. He delivered Kazulin to Minsk two hours later and the political prisoner arrived at his Minsk flat at 1 a.m.
That is what the former Kazulin’s lawyer Ihar Rynkevich told ERB about the recent phone call of Ahnistsikau:
“He said in an anxious voice that “only by 8 p.m. and that’s it”. I can only prove that his position is not grounded on legal norms. It means that a violation of the Criminal Code is happening again.
Every Kazulin’s hour of freedom is becoming dangerous for some reason despite of the fact that he is demonstrating that he is a law-abiding citizen ready for constrictive policy”.
Rynkevich thinks that it is humiliation of the Kazulins. The political prisoner has to return at the time indicated by the administration of the colony otherwise he will be subjected to criminal responsibility. Ihar Ryunkevcih is sure that eight hours of freedom has been stolen from Kazulin.
