Heating systems wring 883 thousand USD out of Minsk inhabitants
As of September 1, Minsk inhabitants and organizations owe 1.9 billion BRB (about 883 thousand USD) to the “Mіnskkamuntseplasetka” enterprise.
Specialists not that this money would be enough to build a boiler-room that would supply nine many-storied blocks of flats with heat and hot water.
The majority of defaulters live in Savestki District of Minsk and in the village of Sokal. Inhabitants of Frunzenski and Pershamaiski Districts are most disciplined.
