Hantsavichy official advises the poor “to plan their family budget better”

An inhabitant of the village of Lyusina (Hantsavichy District) Halina Rylka was not able to find placement for more than a year either in the village or in the whole district. The single mother of two children wrote a complaint to the President’s Administration after a year of futile efforts.
Officials managed to offer her a job of a nurse in a local hospital after that. The executive committee refused the woman living below property level categorical assistance referring to the fact that she did not ask for a plot to plant potatoes.

The head of Hantsavichy District Executive Committee Uladzimir Stalyar wrote to the woman that family budget planning was a personal a matter and that it was necessary to use money in a rational way. Meanwhile, Halina Rylka had no money at all.
