Handball: Belarus men secure place in 2018 European Championship finals

Belarus handball national men's team on June 15 advanced to the 2018 European Championship finals after edging Romania 32-22 in an away match, reports BELTA.
Yury Shautsou's men led 19-11 after the first half only to continue controlling the game into the end in the second half. Belarusians took a revenge after losing at home 23-26 in the first round.
Belarus women won Montenegro 25-23 (11-10) in Minsk in the second leg. But that was not enough after Montenegro claimed victory 33-26 in the first encounter. Thanks to the better goal difference, Montenegro advanced to the World Championship finals.
