George Bush: 100 million people became victims of communism

“Communism took the lives of 100 million men, women and children”, - claimed the US President George Bush at the opening of a monument to victims of communism in Washington. According to Mr. Bush, tens of thousands of people in the USSR, China, DPRK, Cambodia, Vietnam, Eastern Europe and African countries became victims of communism. The US President compared communism to terrorism and radicalism. “Both communists and terrorists who attacked our country followed an ideology that did not admit the principles of freedom, difference of opinions, had expansionism ambitions and aimed at totalitarianism”, -claimed the American President.

According to George Bush, “aggressive ideologies can make people commit atrocities and kill millions of people” and “it is necessary to fight with this evil”.
