Entrepreneurs seek permission for march, rally in Minsk
Perspektyva, a non-profit group that unites entrepreneurs on November 12 filed an application with the Minsk City Hall, seeking permission to stage a march and a rally on December 15 in Minsk.
Entrepreneurs are expected to gather near the building of the National Academy of Sciences and will then proceed on Independence Avenue, Surganov Street to the Bangalor Square.
The march and the rally will aim to draw attention of the authorities to the difficulties entrepreneurs face in the new conditions.
