Echo of Moscow editor-in-chief: Putin to announce annexation of Belarus
Radio Echo of Moscow chief editor Alexei Venediktov has asked the question in his Twitter blog.
"Will we accept Belarus as 6 provinces? Will Putin announce it today?” the editor-in-chief of the Moscow radio station asked.
The Russian President will make a speech about the annexation of Crimea in the Kremlin today. The speech will start at 2 p.m. FET.
