Drunk Hrodna inhabitant tries registering car in driving inspectorate
A funny incident has occurred in Hrodna, SB. Belarus Today reports. A man drove his Renault to a driving inspectorate to register it there. However, driving inspectors though that his behaviour was strange.
The man was sent to a medial checkup and it turned out that he was drunk. He will have to pay a fine and will be deprived of his driving licence.
