Hackers hacked the websites of state purchases (goszakupki.by) and the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (butb.by). The 'Cyber Partisans' group claimed responsibility for these actions.

The hackers emphasized that the government procurement site was hacked in response to a tender for the purchase of body armor. "You shouldn't buy body armor in a peaceful country," they wrote.

As Euroradio reported earlier, the Minsk City Executive Committee announced a tender for the purchase of 200 bulletproof vests.

Earlier, 'Cyber Partisans' hacked the website of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties.
