Central Election Commission warns Nyaklyaeu's nomination group

Such decision has been taken today at the session of the Central Election Commission. According to the CEC members, Nyaklyaeu's nomination group has conducted such violations as collection of signatures by underage persons, giving the nomination group member certificate to another person, pre-term dissemination of agitation materials, agitation production made out of Belarus.  The Chairperson of the Central Election Commission Lidzia Yarmoshyna stated that warning was a rather mild measure. As Nyaklyaeu could have been withdrawn from the presidential race for any of this violations.

According to Radio Liberty, the head of the nomination group Andrej Dzmitryeu admitted that part of the certificates had been lost and could thus get into the hands of other persons. However, he refused any connections between the nomination group and the leaflets printed in Samara and disseminated in Belarus.
