Brest human rights activist Raman Kislyak detained with leaflets

A human rights activist Raman Kislyak has been detained in Brest, informs BelaPAN. He was detained in Gogol Street not far from the cinema house “Belarus” when he had finished giving out leaflets “It should not happen again”.
The A-5 format leaflets contained only these words and a crape band.  The human rights activist told passers-by about the missing famous people – Yury Zaharanka, Victar Hanchar, Anatol Krasouksi and Dzmitry Zavadski.

Raman Kislyak decided to conduct the action after the local authorities had forbidden the meeting in support of Belarus’ ratification of the International convention or protection of people from abduction.
