Brest carpet plant to celebrate New Year’s Day by four-day week
The administration of Brest carpet plant has informed about its fundamental decision: the enterprise will be able to work only four days a week starting from the fourth quarter.
Brest carpet producers work three of four days a week now. Many employees work in the regime “2/3 of the average wage” on condition that they come to work from 11 to 12 o’clock. Then they can leave but they have to answer their phones so that they could be summoned to the enterprise if necessary.
A monthly wage hardly reaches 200 thousands in this case, inform employees.
