BPF leader boards plane for London

Alyaksey Yanukevich, leader of the Belarusian Popular Front (BPF), managed to get on board of a plain for London on Monday.
He was prevented from boarding a plane the previous day because Belarusian customs officers searched him for two and a half hours at Minsk International Airport.

Katsya Markouskaya, a spokeswoman for the BPF, said that Yanukevich left for the airport much earlier today.

Yanukevich has been invited to attend an annual conference of Britain's Conservative Party.
