Beltelecom cuts tariffs for calls to MTS

Beltelecom and the Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) have reached an agreement on cutting from May 1 the tariffs from the land lines to the MTS-operated mobile network. The tariff cuts are applied both to physical and corporate clients.

Presently, a call from your home phone will cost Br243/min in the working days from 6:00 to 23:00 against the old tariff of Br258. During off-peak hours (from 23:00 to 6:00 and on days-off and public holidays), calls from land-lines to this mobile network will cost Br118 against previous Br129.

Effective from May, a call from the corporate land line will cost Br211 on the working days instead of the previous Br227. During off-peak hours, the cost of calls has been reduced down to Br118 from Br129.

Other mobile operators are in talks with Beltelecom to introduce similar cuts in their tariffs.
