Passengers of international trains are presented issues of “SB – Belarus Today” before the election. There is a colour Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s portrait and a huge inscription “Our Power” under it.

The headline contains the state leader’s concluding remarks made at the fourth All-Belarusian National Congress.

Lukashenka urges in the headline “Movement is our power”: "Remember one indisputable thing: we do have a strong governmental system. The state leader plays a great and significant part in this system. No matter if I become the state leader or not, we should not diverge from such actions”, - Lukashenka explains the importance of the congress.
