Changes to the Tax Code will not be discussed at the parliamentary session in autumn, chairperson of the permanent Budget and Finance Commission of the House of Representatives Lyudmila Dabrynina told journalists.

There is no sense to hurry as regards making changes to the tax legislation because the taxes are partially synchronized with the Russian ones, she said. “We are not planning to change the Tax Code in 2020. A monitoring will be conducted. The experience will be studied and we will go ahead,” the MP assured.

Belarus and Russia must adopt a single Tax Code by April 1, 2020, the Russian edition Kommersant reported earlier. The edition referred to the document signed by Belarusian and Russian MPs Syarhei Rumas and Dmitry Medvedev
