Belarusian human rights website for children appears on Internet

A Belarusian human rights website for children has become available on the Internet at mir.pravo.by. According to the director of the National legal information centre of Belarus Aleh Krautsou, the resource is meant for children and teenagers from 6 to 16 years old.
The innovative project is supposed to spread legal information among children. It will answer “adults’” questions, describe the legal system of Belarus and informs about citizens’ rights. Legal information is presented in an entertaining and comprehensible way with the help of games.

The website also contains ordinary information sections like “Library” (“Legal ABC-book”, “Legal labyrinths”, “Travel to the past”, “Our state is the Republic of Belarus” and “The Belarusian State and laws in photos, pictures and songs”) and “Questions and Answers”.
