Member of the Board of Directors of the Belarusian company Beltruboprovodstroy Alyaksandr Puhachou has commented on the situation with the disrupted gas pipeline deal in Lithuania, TUT.by reports. On Friday the Lithuanian temporary charge d'affaires Donatas Augulis was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus. He was issued a note of protest because the Lithuanian government interfered in the commercial transaction where a company from Belarus participated. It fully met all the requirements and offered the most favorable conditions, but it was excluded from the project in the last minute.
