Belarus still among top most internet censored countries

Belarus follows China and North Korea as the most internet censored countries in the world, according to the report "Electronic Police State" released by the US-based company. The three are followed by Russia, UK and the United States.  According to nakanune.ru, the rating was made using 17 criteria of internet freedom, including the monitoring of financial transactions, government's control over ISPs, etc.
