Belarus is second in Europe when is comes to inflation rate

Belarus occupies the second position in Europe when it comes to the inflation rate in January-April 2009. Only Ukraine is ahead of it. The information of Russian statisticians based on Eurostat data testifies to it.
The inflation in our country was 6.5% during the mentioned period. It was 6.9% in Ukraine and 6.2% - in Russia.

Consumer prices in EU member states grew by 0.6% over the first four months of the year while Belarusian prices increased by 5.7% and Russian prices – by 5.8%, reports AFN.
