Belarus PM slams transport ministry for bad performance

Belarus Prime Minister Siarhey Sidorski on October 2 poured criticism towards the Ministry of Transport and Communications for failing to reach targets under the National Program for Development of Passenger and Cargo Transportations in 2003-2008, reports Interfax. The prime minister stressed that Trasport Ministry must coordinate with the interested agencies and improve the national program targets performance by October 15.

Sidorski noted that the State Control Committee should evaluate the economic activities of the ministry.
