Belarus gross external debt increases by $5 billion 300 million
It totalled $39 billion 124 million 300 thousand dollars as of January 1.
6 billion 22 million dollars was used for the debt in 2013 – over 9% of the GDP.
The external debt of the state organs increased by $438 million in 2013 – to $13 billion. The external debt of the Belarusian banks increased by more than $2 billion – to 8 billion, the National Bank’s debt went up by $860 million – almost to $1 billion 300 million, BelaPAN reports.
