Belarus election turnout climbs at 64.9%

The turnout at the presidential elections reached 64.9% across Belarus, with Homel region taking the lead with 73.86%.

The turnout in Brest region at ths point is 65.03%, in Vitsebsk - 70.58%, in Hrodna region - 66.27%, in Minsk region - 64.37%, in Mahilou region - 66.47%, and in Minsk - 52%.

During the presidential elections in 2010, the turnout was 90.65%.
