Azerbaijan waits for help from Belarus rescuers
Azerbaijan's Emergencies Ministry has requested assistance from the Belarusian colleagues, reports STV. Baku is interested in the Belarus-made mobile laboratory which can test the stability of buildings. After a 15-storey blocks of flats collapsed in the Azeri capital in August, the Belarusian specialists were invited to inspect the stability of buildings in Azerbaijan. However, the Azeri authorities want to continue the tests in order to avoid similar tragedies in the future.
