Another monument to Pope John Paul II will be unveiled in Belarus

Metropolitan Taddeusz Kandrusevich will on October 16 unveil a monument to Pope John Paul II in the village of Narach, Vitsebsk region.

The event will be timed to mark 30 years since the Grand Pope started serving. The 2.3-meter monument will be located in front of St Andrei Apostle Cathedral, reports catholic.by.

Earlier, the monuments to the Pope were unveiled in 7 cities across Belarus: Mosary, Maladzechna, Valozhyn, Rakau, Shumilin, Miyory and Vitsebsk.
