Alyaksandr Lukashenka refuses to speak in radio

Alyaksandr Lukashenka refused to make a speech on the First National Channel of the Belarusian Radio. The speech was appointed for the morning of September 30. The President also refused to make a speech on TV earlier. Possibly, he will not speak on Belarus 1 this evening either.

Presidential candidate Syarhei Haidukevich spoke in the radio on September 23. Tatstsyana Karatkevich and s will make their speeches on the First National Channel of the Belarusian Radio on September 25.
