Actor David Duchovny: I am Ukrainian
X-Files star David Duchovny says he is Ukrainian - not Russian - after the events in Ukraine.
The Hollywood actor used to think that he was Russian. David Duchovny wrote it on Twitter.
“I grew up thinking I was Russian only to find recently that I’ve been Ukrainian all along. Never too late to change,” the American actor wrote.
David Duchovny used to tell journalists that his ancestors were Russian Jews and that his grandfather had come from Kiev.
