The UN experts released an annual research, outlining the planet population growth forecasts for the next 50 years.

By 2050, 9.2 billion people will be living on the Earth. The population of Belarus is expected to decline at more than 28 percent, making only 6.96 million people, according to the report.

By the way, Belarus will overtake Bulgaria and Ukraine, where the population drop will amount to 35.2 percent and 25.5 percent, correspondingly.

The global population growth will be reached due to the countries like India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Congo, Ethiopia, the U.S., Bangladesh and China, where half of the world's population will be concentrated.

Europeans will continue to remain aging nations, while the citizens of Afghanistan, Congo, Angola, Burundi, Liberia and Uganda will be the youngest, according to the UN's press office.
