14 Belarus districts hit by flu epidemic
The Belarus chief sanitary authorities have stepped up measures to fight the epidemic of flu and respiratory diseases in Homel, Maladzecna, Mazyr, Recyca, Minsk, Barysau, Mahiljou and in the Maladzecna, Barysau, Svetlahorsk, Dobrush, Mazyr, Recyca and Barysau districts.
УClasses have been suspended in the schools of Homel and other regions of the country due to the sickness of up to 30 percent of students.
On February 23, the health care authorities in Baranavicy reported a threefold increase in the flu epidemic spread.
