1 million euros and counting raised for Belarus Solidarity Foundation

One million euros have been raised by the Belarus Support Foundation to help those in Belarus who will lose jobs because of political repression, prominent civil society activist Andrei Stryzhak wrote on Facebook, adding that everyone fired illegally can ask for help and receive 1500 euros in compensation.

Meanwhile, the National Strike Committee has announced it will allocate $100 000 to the striking committees of several enterprises in Minsk and Hrodna.
