Will Lukashenka and Medvedev consider Constitutional Act draft on November 3?

A draft of the Constitutional Act of the Union State of Belarus and Russia has been completed and will be presented to the Presidents of both countries. The “RIA Novosti” Agency informs about it referring to the head of the Belarusian House of Representatives Vadzim Papou. According to Papou, the document may be discussed during the next meeting of the Supreme Council of the Union State on November 3.

The Belarusian parliamentarian says that many suggestions including the introduction of the position of the President and the creation of a confederation were considered during the elaboration of the draft of the Constitutional Act.

However, the draft presented to the Supreme State Council contained issues taken into account on the basis of the Agreement of creation of Union State, - noted Papou.
