Vote count at Minsk polling station #45

Minsk polling station #45 is unique because BPF member Natallya Motuz was included in the election committee there. BPF member Alyaksei Yanukevich was running for MP there.

As a result, Ynukevich won only 33 votes out of 1500. Journalists and observers were allowed to approach at a very close distance and could watch the vote count without any obstacles which is a rare thing. However, the final protocol was falsified, Natallya Motuz insists. According to her calculations, the turnout was much lower. The chairperson of the committee did not allow her to count all the ballot papers after the final protocol had been signed.
