The United States Anti-Doping Agency is urging to ban Russia from the 2018 Winter Olympic Games. Only neutral athletes from Russia should be allowed to compete if they show they are clean, head of the US Anti-Doping Agency Travis Tygart thinks. The whole Russia team should be banned from the Olympics for its institutionalised doping, he believes.

Tygart is disturbed that the International Olympic Committee and the World Anti-Doping Agency appear to be paving the way for Russia’s inclusion in the Olympic Games that will be held in South Korea this winter, foreign mass media report.
