US Department of State representative Daniel Russel to arrive in Minsk tomorrow
The Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Daniel Russel will pay a one-day visit to Belarus on November 17.
The US Embassy has informed BelaPAN that Russel is planning to meet the Belarusian Foreign Minister Syarhei Martynau and presidential contenders representing political parties and democratic movements.
Furthermore, Russel intends to meet NGO representatives monitoring the election.
