Ukrainian Minister of Defence: 15 thousand terrorists still alive
Valeri Galetsei has commented on the antiterrorist operation conducted in Lugansk and Donetsk Oblasts.
The Ukrainian Army will soon defeat terrorists, the Minister of Defence believes. However, despite ‘the major losses suffered by terrorists, there are still about 15 thousands of them, he noted. It can be explained by the fact that illegal armed groupings with military equipment keep arriving from Russia.
Geletsei’s optimistic statement had been made before hundreds of Ukrainian soldiers escaped to the Russian territory.
