Ukrainian MIA did not instruct Berkut before Maidan dispersal?
Verkhova Rada member Gennadii Moskal has received a reply to his inquiry.
Neither acting Minister of Internal Affairs Zaharchenko nor his deputies instructed Berkut fighters on November 30, December 1 and 11 or January 10 and 19, obozrevatel.com quotes his reply.
"The MIA does not bear any responsibility for Berkut’s actions and shifts the blame on the director of Kiev Central Park. Zaharchanka wrote to me that neither he nor his deputies had instructed Berkut,” Moskal stressed.
