Turkmenistan defense minister in Minsk to discuss cooperation

Belarus and Turkmenistant are expected to discuss prospects of a military and technical cooperation between the two countries.
General Algeldy Mametgeldiev, Turkmenistan's defense minister, on Saturday arrived in Minsk. He is scheduled to meet with Belarus's defense minister Leanid Maltsau and with Mikalay Azamatau who is the chairman of the National Military and Industrial Committee.

The Turkmenistan's delegation will also make a sightseeing tour to the Stalin's Line historical complex and to Dudutki, the Belarus's handcraft and ancient technology museum, reports the Russian ITAR-TASS news agency.
