Turkey has no information about Bakiyev's whereabouts

This information was released by AFP, quoting Turkish foreign ministry's representative Burac Azugerin. Belapan news agency reminds that several Russian media reported earlier that Bakiyev had allegedly left Minsk for holidays in Turkey.

On May 27, official Bishkek said the authorities in Kyrzystan approached Interpol seeking assistance to arrest the former president. Journalists are yet to find out from Interpol's National Bureau in Belarus if it received a request from Kyrgyzstan.
