Trial according to appeal of Kozik’s company against UCP put off till September
A hearing of the case according to the apple of a legal group “Argument” against the United Civil Party has been put off till September.
The reason for it was the decision of the judge of Minsk City Court who sent an appeal to the President’s Information Security Centre. She would like to find out how an owner of a web-site can be defined.

The plaintiff considers the article to have caused defamation of “Argument”, its founder Andrei Kozik and the son of the head of the Federation of Trade Unions Leanid Kozik. The UCP claims that the party is not the owner of the web site because it is updated only by the party’s followers.
According to a representative of the UCP in court Syarhey Alfer, the next hearing will not take place earlier than at the end of September, reports the UCP press service.
