Sugar exports to Ukraine soar

Exports of sugar from Belarus to Ukraine soared tenfold in May to 7,600 tons. Market players link the rise to the signing of an agreement between the central banks simplifying hryvnia conversion. Belarus and Ukraine also have a free trade agreement.
