STV recommends to brawl
Belarusian TV channels need scandals - they turn the audience'a attention and rise up the ratings of some TV-programmes. Such opinion was declared by the Deputy General Manager of the STV TV Channel Pavel Karaneuski, as informed by BELTA. As a positive example of use of scandals with an aim of advertising he told the story about the programme "Big Breakfast". When Dmitry Shunin and Iryna Darafeeva started hosting this programm, the TV channel invented a "small scandal" together with several newspapers. This scandal resulted in some family vicissitudes for Dmitry Shunin, but in the end the rating of the programme doubled.
