State TV: Over 65% voted for Lukashenka, almost 7% for Karatkevich in Minsk
Central Election Commission is yet to announce the preliminary results. The turn out stands at 86.75%. The state-owned Belarus 1 TV channel has just reported that in Minsk Аliaksandr Luakshenka collected 65.58%, of votes; Tatsiana Karatkevich — 6.99%; Siarhei Haidukevich - 3.35%, Mikalai Ulakhovich - 2.74%.
