Special meeting of United Civil Party takes place in Minsk

The 12th special meeting of the United Civil Party has started in Minsk today, on August 10. According to BelPAN, deputy contenders are to be chosen and a general report about the election campaign is to be approved there. An amendment to the UCP’s appeal to citizens, business and the state adopted at the 11th meeting of the party on April 20, 2008 is to be made there. The document will present the opinion of the UCP about gender problems. The amendment is meant for female voters in the first place.
